URBAN CODE Studio is a web application development studio. For any data-related questions, contact us at urban_code@proton.me.
2. Data we collect and why
When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- Name — to address you
- Contact details (email or Telegram handle) — to respond to your inquiry
- Project description — optional
- IP address — to prevent spam and abuse
- Browser user agent — to prevent spam
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — processing is necessary to respond to your business inquiry and to protect the service from abuse.
3. Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for no more than 12 months from the date of submission and are then deleted automatically. We do not keep personal data longer than necessary.
4. Third-party services
When you submit the form, a notification containing your name, contact details, project description, IP address, and user agent is sent via the Telegram API (Telegram FZ-LLC, UAE) to alert our team promptly. Data processed on Telegram's servers is subject to Telegram's privacy policy.
We do not share your data with advertising networks, analytics services, or any other third parties.
5. Cookies
The site uses a single functional cookie — urban-code-lang — to remember your chosen
interface language. This is a functional cookie, not analytics or marketing, and does not require
consent. There are no other cookies set for visitors.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR and equivalent laws, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- request correction or deletion of your data
- object to or restrict processing
- request data portability

7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
