1. About the site

urban-code.eu is a public website of URBAN CODE Studio. The information on this site is informational and does not constitute a public offer. The final price and timeline for any work are fixed in a separate contract or invoice.

2. Studio services

The studio offers web development in two formats:

• Studio — custom development of web applications, MVPs, internal tools, from €1500.
• Express — templated landing pages and business-card sites for local business, from €500.

The exact scope, timeline and price are agreed individually before any work starts.

3. Intellectual property

Texts, design, code and other materials on urban-code.eu are owned by URBAN CODE Studio, unless stated otherwise. Use of site materials without consent is prohibited.

Code we write for a client project is transferred to the client together with the rights, under the terms of an individual contract.

4. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the absence of errors, or fitness for any particular purpose. Decisions made based on information from this site are the user's own responsibility.

Studio obligations for a specific project are governed solely by a signed contract.

5. Governing law

Relations arising from the use of the site are governed by the laws of the European Union, to the extent not regulated by a separate client contract.
