From zero to production
Six stages, honest timelines. Each one ships an artefact, not a status update.
Brief
A video call to capture goals, constraints and metrics. You get a written summary and a proposal with timelines.
Design
Final screens and components. You receive the design system we use inside development.
Prototype
A clickable skeleton of the key screens in Figma. We test scenarios before the first line of code.
Development
Two-week sprints with demos and access to a staging environment. Changes are visible right away — not only at the end.
Testing
Regressions, edge cases, load tests. Bug log with priorities — open to the client.
Release
Production, domains, monitoring, access. One year of warranty support after launch is included.
Total: 1–10 weeks from the first call to production.

What we
don't do.
A few formats just are not a fit for Studio. Better to say so up front — otherwise it is mutual lost time.
- 01 A site built to tick a boxWithout a business goal and metrics, success is impossible to measure. We build for a specific outcome — leads, sales, retention.
- 02 Strict execution to spec, no questionsWe engage with the product: ask questions, suggest alternatives, push back when needed. Pure execution-by-spec is not our role.
- 03 Launching without a brief or prototypeThese stages keep the project from collapsing mid-way. We do not skip them — even when it has to be "yesterday".
If your task is a templated landing or business-card site, we have a separate Express line for that — 3 days from €500. It is not Studio, and that is fine.

Enough to bring an idea and context: what your business is, what problem you want to solve, what constraints you have on timeline and budget. Reference links or your current site are a plus but not required. The brief is a conversation, not an exam.

Everything we write for the project is transferred to you, with rights, as part of the contract. We rely on open-source libraries and our own internal utilities — those keep their original licenses.

Yes. From week one you have access to the repository and a staging environment. We do a weekly demo and a written status report.

We work on prepayment — standard B2B practice. Two formats: — Stage-by-stage: we split the project into 1–2-week stages. You prepay the next stage before it starts, we deliver, then the next stage is prepaid again. — Full prepayment: for short 1–2-week projects — you pay everything up front. For small edits and post-release tweaks — an hourly rate. We estimate the hours up front and lock in the price.

Small tweaks inside a stage — no extra charge. Significant scope changes (new screens, different logic, new integrations) are estimated separately and included in the next stage with prepayment. No "let us just squeeze it in" — otherwise timelines and budgets drift.

No penalties. We close the current stage and hand over all code, accesses and documentation. There are no further payments. If a stage is paid for but not yet completed — we agree on that individually.

The first year is warranty support: anything inside our code is fixed free of charge. New features and tweaks are billed hourly, with the scope estimated up front.

We help pick and configure hosting based on load and budget — usually a VPS on Hetzner / DigitalOcean or a managed platform (Vercel, Railway, Fly). If you want, we hand over all credentials and rights and you manage it yourself. If not — we take care of support and updates.
